RETURN POLICY
We stand behind everything we sell. All of our products carry a 30-day guarantee for manufacture defects and unworn lingerie ONLY. If any of the products you order are defective in the first 30 days, please contact Customer Service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once the product is returned to Onjenoo, you will receive either an exact replacement, a product of equal value, or a store credit. NO REFUNDS.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
All returns and adjustment requests must have an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact us for an approved RMA in one of the following ways:

Your approved reference number must be printed on the space provided on this form on refunds and exchange requests. Please print this number on the outside of the carton being returned. If there are any changes to the adjustment as originally requested (address, product, etc.), please notify Customer Service immediately to update your request. It is important to notify us of any changes to ensure accurate shipping.
Returns or exchange requests must include the original sales receipt in the package. Clearly mark your approved RMA number on the outside of the package, and securely box the item(s) being returned. Once the product is returned to Onjenoo you will receive either an exact replacement, a replacement of equal value, or a store credit. NO REFUNDS.
